The Mist Cup: Interactive Sculpture (Blender)

  1. Role: Designer and creator of The Mist Cup, an interactive digital installation created in Blender.

  2. Design Challenge: Reimagining the Japanese Tea Ceremony as a bridge between cultures. Translating a traditional ritual into a modern piece about connection across distance, while keeping its sense of harmony and shared presence.

  3. Design Process: Designed the piece around minimalist forms and gentle motion, using drifting mist and organic forms to connect two teacups, each in a different country, as a visual symbol of shared presence.

  4. Outcome: An interactive installation that transforms a traditional ritual into a modern reflection on connection across distance.
