Brand Design: Food Loop

  1. Role: On the group project, I created the website for Food Loop. As a team, we all sketched different branding aspects, and my logo sketch was chosen as the final design direction. I did not finalize the logo itself; a teammate did that.

  2. Design Challenge: Making surplus food visible and accessible, connecting people with nearby food that would otherwise go to waste, in a way that encourages a more sustainable, circular food economy.

  3. Design Process: Within the team's app-based concept, I built out the brand through the website, presenting Food Loop as a convenient, sustainability-focused way to find nearby surplus food, alongside the logo direction in my sketch set.

  4. Outcome: A brand and app concept that turns surplus food into a shared resource, encouraging users to participate in reducing food waste.
